 Thanks to Jay Decima: I just finished my 2nd fixer property -- an ugly underpriced single family house. I did as your book instructs the "foo-foo" treatment. I cleaned up truckloads of junk, painted inside, turned weeds into green lawns, hung cheap, but attractive curtains on all the windows and completely graveled the muddy driveway to improve the overall looks. The house sold in just 16 days for $10,000 profit --- That's approximately 5 months pay at my regular job. Fixin' ugly houses is my personal declaration of independence. I'm so grateful for your book!

After reading the book Fixin Ugly Houses For Money, I was able to acquire, fix-up and sell five single family houses in San Francisco Bay area within two years. Being a single mother, this kind of lifestyle allowed me to be a full time mom with a good income.
