I found this to be a perfect match for my rental units to be used with Quick Books. It was clear and easy to follow and install and institute its use. After a few months of use I still find it to be faultless. I do, and have recommend it to other and they (3) have thanked me for it. One person had tried a much more spendy unit and was not pleased with it, but was very pleased with this unit. Bye for now james I rated it five star on a 5 scale, can't think of how it could be better for the job.

I just want to thank you for taking the time to write this manual. I read the whole thing last night. I think Intuit should consider a book deal with you. If it hadn't been for you, I would have had to invest in an expensive real estate software, costing the good folks at QuickBooks $200.00 bucks. It doesn't sound like much, but I'm sure I'm not the only one. I look forward to your next book. I will continue to recommend your work to my colleagues

Thank you...your manual is a real time saver!!!

I am fortunate I came across this guide during my QuickBooks research and purchased it prior to setting up our rental company. It saved me from having to uninstall QuickBooks, reinstall QuickBooks and then implement your suggestions applicable to our company.

It saved me from having to sift through the entire QuickBooks reference guide to identify the features relevant to my situation.

It saved me from having to figure out how to get the most out of those relevant features.

Even though I'm a CPA and have used a prior version of QuickBooks, your book was extremely helpful.

Just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for your book and for the help in getting me set up with QuickBooks. Still have some learning to do but I am so much further along than I would have been without your book and help. I keep the book handy and use it as a reference all the time.

Met with my accountant to do my taxes today and he was very impressed. He said he can't remember ever seeing anyone this new to QuickBooks doing such a good job with it. Had everything he needed in the report I gave him. He asked me if I had any help in using QuickBooks and I told him about your book.
