 Magic Bullets by Dan Auito is one of the best books I have read thus far regarding real estate and I predict it to be one the best selling books anywhere in this field.
Each Chapter is so well written, so easy to understand that I felt I had a teacher standing right in front of met teaching me the ropes.
Not only is it excellent reading material for the Newbies or the seasoned landlords, it serves as a work book as well, for each chapter (at the end) has a work area where you write in your thoughts and your plan for success.
Each Chapter has a colorful Picture/graph highlighting the chapters and what it is going to cover and I can't say enough about this book and the writer, for Dan, did indeed, put everything he knew into this book and wrote in words we all can understand.
A nice looking book and filled with everything you want to know about buying a home and landlording, and being sold for only pennies.
I take my hat off to you Dan. You have an excellent way about yourself. You will indeed help millions of people in your career.

| I probably have over 100 RE-related books on my shelves, some of which have never been opened and most of which have be partially read. Your book is the one and only book I've read cover-to-cover in probably 25 years. It's an easy read and hard to put down. Good work! |
