Where "user(STATE)" is made up of your pics page username and your 2 letter abbreviated state in parentheses. You can find this info by locating your name/state on the pics page index (http://pics.mrlandlord.com/).

Your username is simply the name you used when you signed up - your usnername does not contain your state.
Your password is your cyberclub #. If you don't know your cyberclub #, you can have it emailed to you from the following URL:

http://www.mrlandlord.com/mllshop/emailcode.html
